Local orders (Italy)

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

We offer expedited shipping with services such as BRT and DHL Express that deliver within 24-48 hours.

Local pick-up

You can come to our studio located in Roman neighborhood of Marconi (Via Guido Castelnuovo, 42-44, 00146) and pick up your order with no extra cost and also say hello to us!

EU and International Orders

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

We now offer expedited shipping with premium services such as DHL Express that deliver worldwide within 2-8 working days. 

Delays of up to 4 working days can be expected during sales/holidays.

You will receive a text message or email from the courier once your order has been dispatched.

Exchange & Return Policies

You have 14 working days from receipt of your order to request a return. Returns are managed by us: please get in touch via email to request a return. Please note that original shipping costs will not be reimbursed in case of a return and we will not be accepting returns on discounted items.

Size changes are managed free of charge only if the mistake can be attributed to us: in case you ordered the wrong size, we will change it for free but all shipping costs will be charged to you.

All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at info@codalunga.org and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We’d be happy to clarify any doubts you may have.

Exchange & Return Policies

Stolen or Lost Mail

Codalunga will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. However – on a case by case basis, replacements may be provided. Rest assured that if there is reason to believe your order was lost in transit – we will be sure to offer you a suitable resolution. Therefore – do not hesitate to place your orders with us. We make sure to take care of you from start to end.

During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. Codalunga will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays

All deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control, although we always do our very best to help you through the process of tracking.

Please note that shipping times for all orders containing a signed poster are conditioned by the availability of the Artist. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know in advance.
